passage de 5.1 RT en 7.1 RT

I have a old soft in 5.1 RT with many peek poke byte(8) for a PCI 7030, but now, this card is obsolete, and i have a 7041, but this card works with 7.1 RT and the sub-vis peek poke are not the same (polymorphic, device entry (string instead of integer) etc...).

The soft plugged in real time card works properly without any modification but the soft for the host made broken line with the new peek or poke !

Why ?

May i replace all peek poke in the host and no modification in RT ?

Hi,

I think you should replace the peek/poke VIs in the RT program. In newer version of labVIEW, this Vis are polymorphis, so you have to choose the correct instances of the VI.
