I need to be able to generate html reports that contain page number info in the footer. I see that the <page>, <pages>, and <pagenofm> tokens are ignored for html reports. I don't understand why. What can I do to have this capability?

I need to be able to generate html reports that contain page number info in the footer. I see that the <page>, <pages>, and <pagenofm> tokens are ignored for html reports. I don't understand why. What can I do to have this capability?
