old pixelink driver can not be used in labview2009

I can use the pixlink driver SDK 4.2 in Labview 8.5 (8.2 samples from Pi). but there are always .ctl errors in Labview2009 as the screenshot below.

is there a new Pixelink dri for labview 2009 to be downloaded or how can I do with this problem?

Have you installed labview 2009 after you installed the driver? Can you please try to install the driver again and then check if still the same problem.

Do you know what version of our SDK you are using?

I have also attached a sample projest supplied from one of our customers.
