no connection to MKS 146 from labview

Hi,

The MKS is not responding to the command sent from a labview program.  After hit connect,  a error shown saying "1073807202 occurred at;146INIT.VI;MKSOPEN.VI;MKSINIT.VI, Possible reasons: VISA: (Hex 0xBFFF009E) A code library required by VISA could not be located or loaded. " Anyone know what is the problem and how to solve it ?

As indicated in this KnowledgeBase article, one possibility is that VISA is not installed. Please ensure that you have downloaded and installed the most recent version. This can be found at our website, here.
