niHSDIO Assign Dynamic Channels VI

Perhaps this might be a silly question, but I am struggling to find the answer I am looking for.  When using the niHSDIO Assign Dynamic Channels VI with PXI-6552, how do I determine which channel gets assigned to which pinout from the PXI?

I call the VI like so:

I was able to stumble across this article, which displays the pinout diagram; however, it doesn't seem to correlate the VI channels to PXI pins:

Intuitively I would presume that the DIO pins match the channels and simply go in ascending order, but I was wondering if anyone could confirm this and/or point me in the right direction as to where I can identify this information.

From trial and error, I have deduced that my assumption was correct.
