ni6602 100khz clock

Solved!
Go to solution

hello,

I've got another question. I'm working with NI6602 Countercard. I implemented some code in  LabVIEW 2013 to use this card.

It's working already fine without problems. Yesterday I lerned how to connect the internal 20 and 80MHz clock to one of the channels. This also works fine.

In the description/specs there seems to be also a 100khz clock, but I cannot find this clock in the dropdown menu which is used to select the clock(DAQmx Propertynode: CI.CountEdges.Term) .

Does anyone have worked with NI6602 and also connected  internal clocks?

Do you know if this 100kHz exists or is it just on the paper?

If you are wondering why we want to do this:

This NI6602 is one part of greater DAQ system and we want to use this clock for synchronization. To explain any detail would take quite some time, but I also think for answering the question it is not  really needed.

greetings and thanks

Christian

Hi Christian,

if you change the settings for the constant/Control for the timing source (enable all boxes) the 100 kHz timebase occures.
