modultion toolkit installing issue

hi everyone, i am using modulation toolkit 4.3.1 and uptill now its working fine but two days back digital modultion part of this kit has been removed from modultion toolkit and i tried reinstalling it a number of times along with spectral measurement toolkit(through the procedure which has been written in the help given at ni's website) but still digital portion is missing

can anyone plz tell me the reason and solution to this
