missing *.mnu files in a project

I have "Saved as" -> "Duplicate .lvproj files" and "include all dependencies" of the LabVIEW project (scope driver with manu *.mnu files) into another folder. 

When I opened the projecto from the new location, all .mnu files and .html files report "has been deleted, renamed or moved" and they show the old location for the paths.

Is there an easy way to set the new path for the *.mnu and *.html files so they point to the new location?

I also tried same thing from my end.

but not able to copy all the suppoting files from the actual project.

some of the files(*.html) able to copy with the above selection but .dll,activeX,Dynamic files, .mnu files.

Are you able to see those files in the windows explorer in your new location?

Yes, all the files are in the project explorer, they are just marked as deleted and displayed with wrong path.
