merge images

Hi all,

Whats the best way to overlay several images, i will have pre saved images of a plan, and then wish to merge on top identically sized images showing doors open/closed etc. The images will just be  black and white so no colour needed and the black willl always take priority, i.e. no white will never overwrite black from the previous image(s)

Any help much appreciated

Thanks

Mike

Use the "Create Mask.vi" and pass your image and specify white as the color to mask.

The "Mask" define what parts of the image should be concidered transparent.

The problem with that is there are many different combinations of doors closed/open i wont want just to make the white transparent all the time, i was hoping i could actually knit them together into one image?

I think you could use IMAQ AND operator between the two images.
