And what is the problem?

When you are new to LabVIEW you really should take the Training resources offered in the header of this LabVIEW board.

After learning the LabVIEW basics you should read that excellent article about DAQmx.

Then you should examine all those example VIs coming with LabVIEW.

Then you need to define your "measurement system", develop an algorithm on a sheet of paper (!) - and then start to code your program with LabVIEW…
