Hi,

The ROI seems cannot detect any image from the original image. Can you suggest what is going wrong with this vi.

cheers,

I have altered your vi to allow the use of an ROI or not. If you have selected to use the ROI you must ensure that you draw an ROI in the original image window before clicking ROI OK. If you select not to use an ROI it uses the entire image.

Hope that helps

Hi Mike,

Thank you for the vi. It helps me a lot. There is a few question i need to ask you. How can i get a peak value of the area chart. I've looked at the peak detection and display example and try to use it with the vi. Nothing come out from the peak detection graph. Do i need to filter the area chart before i look for peak detection?
I'm looking forward to find the area distribution graph do you have any suggestion?

Cheers

Hi Classsound

I have just used the Array Max/Min function to get the maximum value, giving you the area and this also gives the indices of the element that holds the maximum.
