load read using Labview not corresponds to that from Bluehill (instron 5565)

VI programm is usd to read load from Instron, however, the load obtained using Labview is calculated on the base of  voltage singal. This caculated value does not equal to the value from Bluehill

Without seeing your LabVIEW code all I can guess is that you are doing it wrong.

Aaaand. The 8-Ball says, <Drumroll /\/\/\/\\/\> "It is certain."

So, what you need to do is:

  1. find out what you are doing wrong
  2. then do it the right way.

Hint: read the manual. most likely causes are:

  1. Calibration not applied or applied incorrectly
  2. cell load not zeroed before measurement
  3. improper conditioning of the analog signal
