license is green but not working.

Hi All, 

I have a version of VAS 2013_08 running on my computer, when I look it up on the license manager it is green and good to go, however when I run the programs I get a popup warning me that it isnt licenced and is using a backup license.
I have deactivated the VAS and then reactivated it but I still get the same error.
Any help would be great.
