Please change your c code to send a single termination character and change your VISA Configure Serial Port to use the same character. Do NOT use Bytes at Serial Port. As already mentioned, that's just wrong.
What does that have have to do with fixing your c and LabVIEW code? Since you've marked this thread as solved, I guess you don't need anymore help? Pretty simple to unmark the thread as solved (click on options). As simple as changing your code.
