It is very difficult to help you since all you have provided is a picture of what seems to be a Web page with what appears to be Chinese characters that might say "The requested VI is not loaded into the memory of the server computer".
You appear to be using an NI-myRIO (but I'm not certain of that -- you refer to a "labview-myrio"). You do not mention what software is running on this device, nor do you attach any code that could allow us to understand what you are trying to do.
- What version of LabVIEW are you running? Please state the Version (e.g. "LabVIEW 2019") and whether 32-bit or 64-bit.
- What software is installed on the myRIO?
- What software is running on the Host (the PC that communicates with the myRIO)? Mention both the Operating System and the LabVIEW Version and bit size.
- Are you an experienced LabVIEW Developer? Have you successfully integrated LabVIEW with the Web?
- Attaching (all of) your relevant LabVIEW routines would really help us to help you.
