labview error 20003 and 20041

I use two usrp devices to do wireless communication.

When I start top_rx.vi and top_tx.vi error code 20003 and 20041 occurs.

This labview code is not mine. It is from professor and I heard that this is finished code.

I didn't use antenna so I wonder this may be a problem.

because I think this code is for wireless.
