labview applications for PDAs

Is there a possibility to write small applications with Labview for PDAs.
I need a small protable system with software to acquire data via serial port
and display the data. (Labview applications for Windows CE ?!). I think
there is no application builder for Windows CE.
Has anybody an idea for a small and portable hardware solution where I can
run Labview applications.
