labview FPGA 2012 the compilation cannot be performed by the compiler worker

I am using labview 2012. i have installed FPGA2012, labview2012 FPGA module xilinx tools 10.1, LabVIEW FPGA Driver for Xilinx SPARTAN-3E XUP, LabVIEW Realtime 2012.

i am not able to complie the code. i am getting these messages

Is this the first time you are trying to compile? Has it worked before with another hardware?
