labview 7.1 lvalrams.dll

Hello all,

My executable generated from a labview 7.1 vi Keeps crashing referencing an LValarms.dll. I am runnig on XP sp2 and using a dual core processor. I have read all the threads about this and none fixed my issue. one of the threads references changing the CPU assignment to 0  in the timed loop. i looked for this all around but this option dosent seem to exist in 7.1. any help will be greatly appriciated.

thanks

Can you be more specific on the error message that you are getting?  The option to assign cpu does not exist in LabVIEW 7.1.  That is a function that was introduced in LabVIEW 8.6.1.  The LValarms dll is associated with the DAQmx create timing source VI, so your problem might be associated with that.
