kernel .446901

Hi all,

I m using labview and Rela Time engine for data acquisition. Rt failed booting and got this message.

KERNEL.446901: Bad exception disposition.

I 've read this might mean my harddisk is already dead. Any other opinions? Sometimes I get errors that they no longer exist after rebooting but this time seems real.

Thank you.

Yowsers.  That's coming from the Structured Exception Handler (SEH), an exception has been thrown and the handler has no idea what to do with the exception.

What are you doing that causes that error to be thrown?

The computer is very old, so it can be a bad sector in the harddisk or anything. I kept rebooting it many times in the past.

Also another thing is that I took off a PXI card I wasn't using anyway. I don't know if that affects.
