keithley 2400 four or two points??

I' m doing a program for control this equipment and obtain the I-V curve of a sample.

I don't know if I used the two or four points configuration for made this work. My program is working with two points configuration.

Can I use four points for this?  How can I do it? Do I need modify my code?
