Using DAQmx on a Windows machine, yes you could. But not on a MAC. According to the NI website (you should really try the website, very informative) the latest DAQ drivers do not support your PCI card.

i just want to generate those pulses as shown in one of my previous posts.

now pulse width is 5us i have pci-6025e + 50 pin connector block + cable + NI installed on my PC. please help otherwise i will be fired

This sounds like you are implementing some sort of communication standard. This can be difficult with a DAQ card.

How are you connecting your system to the card?

Is this related to SPI/CAN/I2C/Serial?

Are there any timing requirements you have other than 5us?
