invalid template descriptor error at imaq match pattern 3

Hi,

I created templates using "template preparation test.vi" and did pattern matching in "motion detector.vi" .

when executed it shows an error in "motion detector.vi" at imaq match pattern 3 in pattern matching.

I could not find the possible reason.
