in my labview 7.1 under tools menu i dont have buil application option

in my labview 7.1 under Tools menu i dont have Buil Application option can any body clarify me why? and how to get that Build Application option,because i want to build exe file to my VI

You would need to have purchased the Professional Development system or buy it seperately if you have the Full or Basic editions.

If you have a CD and license then it needs to be installed.

Which LabVIEW package did you buy ?
Was it LabVIEW Base, full development system (FDS), Professional Development System (PDS) ?

I think only the PDS includes the application builder, I think you should contact the NI sales rep who sold it you. I think for about 1500€ you can purchase the app builder.
