Hi David,

I coud reproduce your error only leaving the field "AVI Path" empty, in the VI "Grab and Save USB LabVIEW 86.vi", after I fill a path like "C:\test.avi", it worked without problems. Did you had filled this field?

Osvaldo,

I tried to insert the path and filename in the field but didn't work.

Tentei sim, inserir o caminho e nome do arquivo no campo mas não funcionou

regards,

David

Hi David,

This error is occurring before start the acquision, the LabVIEW does not have permission to create a file in this folder. So it does not start the acquisition. Try to put another path, for example the desktop path.

I attached the file without the save instruction, so you can test your cam support, after it you can resolve the problem with save file.

Best regards,

You're right. Thanks. Now is working. The Vista is not giving permission for Labview to save files in the root.
