As for making .ico files there are programs all over the internet. A simple
search on google will turn up some, or else hit www.winfiles.com and browse
to find one you like.
Also, it seems to work just fine if you put in an appropriately sized .bmp
file in that place. I experimented a little with windows paintbrush.
