i make RAW USB driver by VISA i'm stuck in MAX detect my device

according to USB Instrument Control Tutorial i'm trying to make a driver by VISA 

NI-MAX doesn't detect my device and i stuck here please help me

It is often a big mistake to try and create your own driver. What is the device? Did the vendor not provide a driver for you to use? How does the device appear in windows device manager?

thank you for replaying my device is STM32F4 micro controller yes i know vendor and product ID and make inf & pnf file ... it's appear as USB input device in in HID category
