hysteresis of number?

Hello, I have number in indicator. 

How I can do this. If is number between 0 to 0,1 I want to display in indicator number 0. If is bigger then 0,1 I want show normal regular value.

Alex, the filled in diamonds tells me that you have included the upper and lower limits...the OP asked for in-between Smiley Wink

For the situation proposed, it doesn't matter whether the diamonds are filled in or not, the result is the same.
