how to take the ratio of elements in a 2D array?

I have a 2D array, I want to take the ratio of elemnts in each row and write the ratio in a 1D array.Ratio of the first row elements in 2D array will be the element of the first row of 1D array and so on.can anybody help me?

If i understand right you have array with size N*2, where each row with 2 elements.
