Hi. I want to communcate woth a device (powermeter) on modbus rtu using ni opc server. It works fine on other devices, with registers in decimal . Very easy to implement.
Now, i want to add another device with the same parameters, bu different ID, of course.
I have the manual, where all registers are, but they are in hexa format. My problem is that i don't know how to insert a hexa register in decimal field.
For exemple: My register is 66-67 ( of course, in decimal would be 102-103), (this is Voltage V12)
How do write this in NI OPC server field, for tags ?
The filed is: 4xxxxxx.
I tried many variants. Nothing works.
PS: If i input 400101 i see good response like 0. I have no idea what it is, so communication is good. i just don't know how to input correct registers.
