how to send and receive data from wireless module uart (200m range-433MHz)

I'm trying to send data from pc or labtop to arduino by two wireless modules one connected to pc and the other one connected to arduino-mega this happens in a robotic car moving by two servo motors and have a mobile cam. for vision.

Is it possible by labview and if it possible i need useful resources to do it ??

How does the wireless module connect to the pc with LabVIEW on it? Is it a virtual RS-232 port or something else? How it communicates will determine how easy or hard it is to talk to it through LV.
