how to save the readings more than 3 significant figure?

when I run the labview SR530.vi. the value from the spreadsheets only can read 3 significant figures..for example, the reading from the lock-in amplifier 0.6mV. after save to the spreadsheet..the result will read. 0.001V instead of 0.0006V...I dont how save reading more than 3 significant figure..

Hello,

In write to excel function you have some thing called as "Format" input terminal, Please go through help(Cntrl+H) for the same that may solve your problem
