how to put Preference of a VI

Hi all;

I need to put some details like company name, logo, date of creation and author name in a VI.

Is there any provision to put these details and whenever I lanuched new VI this preference text has to come automatically in the VI

Please help me.

Put them on the front panel?

Put an 'about' button which, when clicked launches a sub-vi displaying the same information?

Use customised toolbar menus to have an 'about' option?

If you are creating an exe, in the properties of the exe (before you build it) you can enter company info, web sites etc?
