Well, you attached some weird Office file format. Why don't you attach a VI, a snippet or just an image (PNG preferred)?

Simple answer: use the coloring tool (aka brush)! (Or use a property node of the graph…)

Change the Plot Area -> Colors -> BG Color to white using a property node.
