Sure, here is the 2015 version.
Edit: Also, having a look at your code (with subVIs I cannot see into) you may need to follow the example I provided creating one component x vs. y in each sub vi, making a (cluster) indicator from the bundle function and make it an output. This way you can keep the shift register part in the subVIs then wire the clusters from each subVI to a build array function on the main block diagram, which the indicator from that function will become your graph.
