What does this even mean? We need more detail. Do you mean a sound waveform?

If you do a search of the forums for "piano" you should find some examples which show how to generate waveforms and send them to the speakers. I will leave it to you to figure out how to generate the exact frequencies and lengths.

You can also make music with beep.vi.

It's not very usual, but it's kind of old school. 😄
