how to enadle the system dns programmatically

HI all,

I created a mdb database file using create mbb example vi.Then i go to administrative tools in the control panel and in the

system dns i add the created mdb file and ...... .Then only im able to open the connection using DB TOOLS open

connection.Is it any way todo the function in represent in red colour programatically?
