how to control the Agilent's VXI instrument in Labview7.0?

I want to control the Agilent's 81250 module installed in a VXI mainframe which is connected to PC via 1394-vxi card.In order to use the VISA node in the function control, should i use the ni's visa library or agilent's one? Anyone's help will be appreciated.

If I remember correctly, it doesn't really matter who makes the instruments, it's the controller and with an NI slot 0 controller, I would go with NI-VISA. One thing that's confusing me is that the Agilent 81250 ParBERT is a mainframe that accepts cards for high speed parallel BERT testing.

Thanks Dennis Knutson for his help. In my testing sysrem, the slot 0 controller is E8491B installed in a E8403A VXI mainframe and 81250 should be the PallBERT module.

If you are using the E8491B (Agilent VXI-1394 Slot0), then you will need to use the HP-VISA instead of NI-VISA.
