how to associate/dissociate commands?

hello. Sometimes I'm facing two commands that are whatever linked and it's impossible to move one of them independently from the other one.

I'm joining a VI as an illustration.

Do you know how to activate/deactivate it?

thanks.

They are 'grouped' (you can tell by the yellow border when you select them). Select the group and ungroup them, you will then be able to move the individual items.
