Are you wanting to save dynamic data or waveform data into an array?  Do you want to include timestamps, or just the y-values? Do you have just one waveform, or multiple waveforms that you need to bundle together?  If you are working with dynamic data, you can use a Convert from Dynamic Data Type VI to convert your data into an array.  You might want to include an attachment of your VI so I can see what type of data you are using.  Thanks!

Hi ssaara,

either you use the "history data" property node of the chart after your for loop finishes to get the collected data or you collect the data in the for loop in a separate shift register (using "build array" or "replace subset" with a pre-defined array).
