Umm.... OK, so what are you actually asking? How to use .NET in LabVIEW? There's a .NET palette allowing to create .NET objects via constructors and call the methods and access the properties of that object's class. If that library is based on having a control then there's a .NET container that you can place on the front panel and insert a .NET control in it. There are a couple of examples that ship with LabVIEW showing you how to use .NET. There's also the LabVIEW Help on using .NET in LabVIEW. Depending on the version of LabVIEW that you have, you will need to be aware of what version of .NET is supported.
