how can control ac servo motor with labview in position control?

Hi

I have a TSTA ac servo motor with this information:

a control card: PCI 1723

a encoder card: PCI 1784

I want to know first how I can use this card in labview and then how can ac servo motor with position control in labview?

thanks.

What's the manufacturer of the two PCI cards you referenced?

Do you have access to an API to control them? If yes, and the API is composed of DLLs, you can call them using a Call Library Function Node or a Constructor Node depending on the language they were written in.

Do you have a separate motor drive or is it integrated with the motor?

I'm not familiar with DAQNavi. Are you experiencing any specific errors when using it? If you have specific questions about this software, I recommend contacting the manufacturer.

Do your motors have separate or integrated drives?

What types of signals are they expecting?

Are the PCI cards you're using known to be compatible with LabVIEW? What is the manufacturer?
