having more than 1 child object follow the position of the other child object?

In my vi I have a femur (the parent object) attached to the tibia(child object), where the tibia moves with respect to the femur object but it also has its own center of rotation.  Now that I want to add a third object, to move with respect to the tibia, it moves with respect to the femur.  How to I change this so it can move with respect to the tibia?

You left off the shoe_3.stl, so I couldn't actually run the VI. However, I think this Robot Utility may help you.

Let me know how it goes!
