graphing data in pop-up window

Hi,

I'd like to graph a selection of data in a pop-up window, the data is selected and generated inside a calling while loop. I'd also like to be able to close the pop-up from within the pop-up, or the calling vi. 

This is what I've got so far, any suggestions?

There are so many features available through the invoke nodes, I never know where to start.
