global variable and tab control

Hi everyone, 

How does tab control work in global variables and how would I access the variables in different pages? I am using Labview 8.0 .

What concerns do you have?

A tab control is a front panel element that is more for organizing front panel elements rather than anything that affects program flow.

You access elements within the tab control through terminals and local variables just like you would if they were directly on the pane of the front panel.

A tab control is just a decoration that can be controlled.  You just read the values as you do with any global variable.  If you are trying to group values together, you should use clusters.
