getting a message to receive data from a dll without polling

Hello


The programm I write, gets data from a dll. I want to receive a message when data arrived. That should worked without polling so that LabVIEW waiting for the message or a pointer to a panel.

Search zone.ni.com for something like setting a labview occurrence from
a dll.
