generating 40 Hz TTL pulse train without counter output

I need three 40Hz TTL pulse trains in different phases using usb6221. Now this model has 2 counter outputs, which provide me with two of the three pulse trains needed. now I'm left with a bunch of digital and analog i/o's. Any idea how I can do this?

or is there an electronics device that can divide a 120Hz into three 40 Hz's each with 2/3π phase difference?
