## Re: gaussian fit

Hi bijal,

ok. And what is your problem?

This is how your data look after some simple retreatment:

## Re: gaussian fit

Hi bijal,

i found result as per shown in fig.

So you already found your result…

i want to fitt the graph using curve fit.

It already did a fitting to the data. What else do you expect?

It would help to see the expected result to know what you really want to achieve!

And please crop the image next time before attaching here…

## Re: gaussian fit

can i smooth data with any other curve fitting method without changing shape of curve?

## Re: gaussian fit

Hi bijal,

you want to keep the shape of the fitted curve even with smoothed data? Changing the data will change the fitted curve…

Please attach an example with real data and with expected result!

## Re: gaussian fit

hi

i send real data of the x-y graph. when i plot this graph , it shows noise in graph . so i want to smooth graph .

## Re: gaussian fit

Hi bijal,

those data look very different from the one in your attached XLS file.

As said before: attach a VI with real data!

If it's just about the smoothing of the data: you may try to use PtByPtMean to implement a low pass filter using a running average…
