when i use gaussian fit , i found result as per shown in fig.i got only the curve  peak fit.i want to fitt the graph using curve fit.

It would help to see the expected result to know what you really want to achieve!

can i smooth data with any other curve fitting method without changing shape of curve?

you want to keep the shape of the fitted curve even with smoothed data? Changing the data will change the fitted curve…

Please attach an example with real data and with expected result!
