frequency domain peak detection

Which VI should I use for peak detection of a frequency-domain graph? I would like to input frequency and amplitude values and detect all peaks that are above a certain threshold. As far as I know, the advanced peak detector vi only works for time-domain functions. Is this true?

The peak detectors work on arrays or waveforms. And the Waveform Peak Detection VI internally extracts the arary from the waveform and finds the peaks in the array. Neither of them actually know or care about the dt input.  So if your dt is really a df, the peak detectors work just the same.  Put your spectrum in and see what you get.
